We offer balloon delivery and setup services every day from 7am to 7pm, including public holidays.
Kindly check check with us or call ahead before your visit, there may not be anyone available at the shop.

Yes you can. Please make sure there isn’t anything sharp in your car that may pop your balloons. Do not leave your balloons in car during a hot day. The hot temperature may result in a balloon blast.

There is no minimum spending! Simply choose your preferred design.
However, we offer delivery service for orders of $100 and above (with a fee). Orders below $100 must be picked up.
We recommended booking at least 4 weeks before your event date to secure an order. However, we always try to accommodate last minute orders.
We offer delivery service for orders over $100 with fees starting at $20, depending on the location and distance from our shop:
5km and below – $20
6km to 10km – $30
11km to 15km – $40
16km to 20km – $50
21km to 30km – $80
31km to 35km – $100
For our local community within the 2066 postcode area, we offer free delivery for orders exceeding $100.
All sales are final. No refund will be given for change of mind or event cancellation.
Yes, please update us at least two weeks before the agreed delivery date.
Air-filled balloons generally last a couple of weeks, depending on the environment. They will not float.
Helium balloons usually last about 8-10 hours however extreme temperature will reduce float time. We can add a treatment to extend their life to 2 days.
We will take a photo at the venue when we deliver the balloons to customer. Beyond this they are no longer our responsibility. Kindly take care of the balloons to avoid balloons popping or damaged.
